March 25 (UPI) — Previous President Donald Trump’s lease for the use of the Previous Write-up Workplace constructing in Washington, D.C., as a hotel was approved for sale to CGI Service provider Group on Friday.

The U.S. General Companies Administration explained in a statement that the sale of the lease to CGI experienced been permitted just after a evaluation of the firm’s plans to change the federally owned historic constructing on Pennsylvania Avenue into a Waldorf Astoria hotel.
